What is my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and enter your username OR email address in the username field. This should send an email to you with your password.

Why did I not get any points for Gretzky last night?

It's possible that it was a late game or that a goal or assist was later credited to a different player. If after a few days the goals or assists for that player don't line up with the official stats, then let us know. Our stats are all based on the official stats and persistent errors are quite rare...be patient and you will get your points.

How do I sign up?

Click on the "Register Myself" link on the left side of this page. Enter your username, password, email address and fist and last name. Note that you will need to remember your username and password to log in to the system to pick your team and make trades. Note that both your username and password are case-sensitive. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to complete the sign up.

At this point you are also now logged in. You will be able to pick your team once you have validated your account (we send a message to your email address) and we have approved you.

Note that we typically only allow new users to sign up when a new contest is about to begin.

How do I pick my team?

After you click "Build My Team", a list of options to find players will appear at the top of the screen. You can choose defensemen, forwards, or goalies and search alphabetically, by team, by cost, or by points.

If you click the plus sign next to a player they will be added to your team. Clicking the minus sign removes a player from your team. Once you have a full team that fits below the maximum allowed points, a button will appear that you can click to submit your team.

You are free to edit and save your team as much as you like prior to the deadline. The last team that you saved will be the one that is entered into the pool.

How do I get approved?

When you signed up, an email was automatically sent to the address that you provided. Once you click on the link in that email our admins are notified. They will then approve you as long as you provided your real name and aren't creating duplicate accounts. This may take a few hours depending on the time of day... please don't wait until the last minute.

If your user hasn't been approved after some time, make sure that you have tried logging out and logging back in before contacting us.
